Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product you received is damaged or broken during delivery.
  • The product packaging is tampered or unsealed upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product or wrong quantity.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be applicable in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened and partially used (unless damaged or defective).
  • Refund request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preference.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer at time of order.
  • Damage caused due to customer mishandling after delivery.

How to Request a Refund

  4. Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.
  5. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, we offer a free replacement as the first resolution.
  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

  • If a return is required, we will arrange pickup at no extra cost to you.
  • Do not ship the product back without prior confirmation from our team.
